CDBG Disaster Recovery

The City of Columbia received HUD approval for its CDBG Disaster Recovery Action Plan on January 24, 2017 (Public Law 114-113). The Action Plan described the allocation of $19,989,000 to programs designed to address unmet needs resulting from the October 2015 Storm/Flood, primarily focusing on rehabilitation of single-family residences that meet low to moderate income criteria.
